We’ve all been on a journey.

Hi, I’m Christine

Coach. Facilitator. Speaker. Experience Designer.

I design and facilitate transformative journeys.

My secret sauce is in creating containers where transformation flourishes, paying special attention to the individual experience. Containers like:

  • Organizational-wide culture or enablement programs

  • Bespoke development programs

  • Team Development

  • 1:1 Coaching

As a certified Conscious Leadership Coach, I champion the powerful creator in each of us, supporting people in designing the life they want. I lovingly challenge people to take ownership for their full aliveness and bringing their gifts to the world.

As a former Fortune 500 global executive, I've witnessed the power of prioritizing both high performance and a vibrant, healthy culture. I bring a wealth of expertise in leadership, employee engagement, team development, and program development.

I'm the go-to consultant for teams and organizations who recognize that investing in their people is the key to productivity, innovation, and a drama-free workplace.

Based in the beautiful town of Monument, Colorado, I wake up lucky every day to spend life with my husband and two kids.

Learner at Heart.

I’m honored and blessed to be mentored by and learn from living masters including Diana Chapman, Jim Dethmer, and Deb Katz from The Conscious Leadership Group, Tony Robbins, Byron Katie, Eckhart Tolle, Gay Hendricks, Robin Sharma, Brené Brown, Bob Anderson, Patrick Lencioni and many more.

Throughout my journey, I’ve learned and unlearned many things including:

  • The unconscious patterns that run me can be changed

  • It doesn't have to be hard

  • I can speak my truth without ostracizing people

  • Feelings aren't something to push away, but my personalized teachers

  • Busy is a choice

  • Asking for help is powerful

  • Shifting perspectives is a sign of strength, not weakness

  • Play isn't only for kids

  • I can live and work in my Zone of Genius (and it’s a heckuva lot more fun)

Life is a continual journey of transformation. Of coming home to myself. Of reminding myself to get out of my own way. Day after day.

As the proverb goes, may I show up each and every day with an empty cup.
